Program Overview
Hand & Hand Empowerment is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on community engagement, service, and youth development. We were founded by a young woman whose main goal was to provide community engagement opportunities to other young adults, teens, and children. We host events and donation drives and take action projects to uplift and empower our community while helping our youth flourish. At Hand & Hand Empowerment, we aspire to be liaisons between all members of the community and any available opportunities to create positive change.
